Udpr Killing: Court orders to provide CCTV footage to murder accused

Jaipur: The special NIA court on Wednesday ordered to provide footage of CCTV installed at Kanhaiyalal’s shop to the accused in the murder case. The court partially accepted the application of the accused. The court has not given permission to provide the colored photos of his shop along with the pictures after the murder.

Judge Ravindra Kumar gave the order. 8 of the 9 accused involved in the brutal murder of Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur had submitted an application in the NIA court, seeking Hindi copy of the charge sheet, color photos after the murder of Kanhaiya Lal, footage of the CCTV installed at the shop and the CD of the voice samples of the accused taken by the investigating agency.
