Two-year experience relief for promotion in govt jobs likely
Jaipur: After reviving the old pension scheme, the Gehlot Government is going to take another significant decision for the state employees that will pave the way for the promotion of lakhs of employees.
The State Government is going to give an exemption of two years in experience for promotion in the state government service.
Fixed service period or experience years are required for promotion to different posts in government departments. Now the state government is going to give two years relaxation in experience in these services.
CM Ashok Gehlot has made a budget announcement to fill vacant posts in departments and to execute this announcement; the department of personnel has prepared a proposal of relation of two years in experience.
The Government is likely to get it approved through cabinet circulation. About one and a half to two lakh employees would be benefited by this decision.
