Tribunal asks JDA to keep status quo on ‘demolition’
Jaipur: The JDA Appellate Tribunal has sought a reply from the JDA on the action taken against the accused of the teachers recruitment paper leak case till January 13.
Along with this, the presiding officer in the tribunal Nandini Vyas has asked not to demolish the related construction till then.
The tribunal gave this order while hearing the appeal filed by Elchi Saran, wife of accused Bhupendra Saran, Gopal Saran and his wife Indu Bala.
Justice Indrajit Singh while disposing of the petition said that the matter is pending before the tribunal. In such a situation, the petitioner should present their side there and the tribunal should dispose of the stay application promptly.
It was said that JDA has not informed what illegal construction is and if there is illegal construction then the petitioner is ready to remove it at his own level.
