Transport Inspectors’ Assn ends strike after Dy CM’s assurance
Jaipur: The strike of the Transport Inspectors Association ended following a meeting with Dy CM and Transport Minister Dr Prem Chand Bairwa on Friday. As a result, inspectors will resume work starting Monday. Dr Bairwa underscored the govt’s commitment to state employees’ welfare and pledged stringent action against those assaulting inspectors to prevent future incidents.
He also engaged in constructive discussions with the association regarding their demands for promotions within the dept, assuring that all concerns would be addressed. The Transport Inspectors’ Association expressed confidence in Dr Bairwa’s initiative & thanked him for his proactive approach in resolving the issues.
