Transport dept completes 16 of 35 budget promises

Jaipur: After a good performance in revenue collection, now the transport department has done a good job in fulfilling the budget announcements, the department has completed 16 out of 35 budget announcements in the current budget.

In the last financial year, the Transport Department created a record in revenue collection. Transport Commissioner KL Swamy said that the department has completed 16 out of 35 budget announcements. Six budget announcements will be completed by the end of this month. Apart from this, work is on to fulfill the rest of the budget announcements. In announcements related to land allotment, the departments concerned have been written to give land. The Transport Commissioner said that the department is trying to complete all the budget announcements on time. Principal Secretary Transport Anand Kumar and Transport Minister Brijendra Ola are monitoring the work for their timely completion.

Transport Commissioner KL Swamy reviews the work being done under the announcements in a meeting every week. people have started getting the benefit of the work from April.
