TR MEENA TO ASSIST ARORA

Jaipur: Retired IAS officer and former Additional Chief Secretary, Kerala TR Meena, who belongs to Rajasthan, will assist Chief Electoral Officer Sunil Arora in the Rajasthan Cricket Association elections to be held on December 24.

TR Meena, a 1988 batch IAS was the Chief Electoral Officer, Kerala during the 2019 Lok Sabha and 2021 Vidhan Sabha elections. Meena, who hails from Bonli tehsil in Sawai Madhopur has been an observer for Election Commission in 12 states.

Meena, who retired earlier this year, has been called to assist Arora in the RCA elections. He informed that the Election Notice has been issued and the voter list has been sent to all the District associations. Objections to the voter list have been invited from December 12 to 14 and the elections to the RCA will be held on December 24.

Sunil Arora will be in Jaipur from December 19 to 24 and the nominations and voting will be held in his presence and under his monitoring.
