THREE MORE ACCUSED HELD FROM GURUGRAM JAIL

Jaipur: Police have arrested three more miscreants in the Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi murder case. The three -- Bhavani alias Roni, Rahul and Sandeep -- were arrested from Bhondsi jail of Gurugram. All the six accused -- shooter Nitin Fauji, Rohit Rathore, Udham Singh, Bhavani alias Roni, Rahul and Sandeep were presented at the residence of the remand court judge for security reasons on Monday. Judge Amit Kumar Sharma gave orders to send all the accused in police remand for eight days until December 18.

“The SIT formed by the Rajasthan Director General of Police and the Delhi Police caught the accused late on Saturday,” Dinesh, who is supervising the 11-member SIT, said. During initial investigation, a property dispute angle between Godara and Gogimedi had come to light. The question of caste equation is also being investigated.

Sources have said the mastermind of the plot to kill the Rajput leader was gangster Rohit Godara.
