Three labourers die as basement wall of mall collapses in Jagatpura

Jaipur: Three labourers lost their lives after being buried under the sand in an accident while working at a construction site of a building in Ramnagaria police station area here on Monday, police said.

Ramnagaria SHO Arun Kumar said that three labourers died after sand collapsed during the construction work of a building in Jagatpura area of Jaipur.

He said that the deceased have been identified as brothers Ramjanm Singh (35), Prem Singh (30), resident of Jharkhand and one Irshad Alam (23), a resident of Bihar.

SHO Arun Kumar said that Ramjanm Singh died on the spot while two other labourers died during treatment in the hospital. He said that the bodies have been kept in the hospital mortuary for post-mortem. The family members have been informed about the deaths and a post mortem will be conducted upon their arrival in Jaipur.
