Ten vehicle fitness centres suspended
Jaipur: Following instructions of Transport Commissioner Manisha Arora, 10 fitness centres have been suspended for three months following irregularities. There are three fitness centres in Jaipur, one each in Bhiwadi, Beawar, Hanumangarh, Nohar and three such centres in Jodhpur.
The centres in question here are Jodhpur’s Navdeep Priksha and Mahadev Fitness Centres, Vatsal Shyam of Shahpura and Shahpura Fitness Centre in Jaipur, Bhiwadi’s MND, Beawar’s Pawan and Nohar’s Bharat Fitness Centre, Force Fitness Centre in Sriganganagar.
Action was taken after continuous complaints were received like issuing fitness certificates without vehicle’s arrival, charging arbitrary fees, etc. There are many fitness centres where department officials are partners but Arora has ordered action against more fitness centres in the coming days.
