Swachhata Pakhwada 1st phase kick starts in JMCG

Jaipur: The first phase of the Swachhata Pakhwada programme in Municipal Corporation Greater will start today with an aim of strengthening the cleanliness drive. This programme will be in three phases and the ward which comes first in cleanliness will get a gift of development works worth Rs 31 lakh.

Under the first phase, special cleaning work will be done in all the wards till September 29.
To ensure this, JMCG Mayor Dr Somya called a special meeting on Sunday. All officers and employees have been assigned their duties. The Mayor has told all the sanitation workers and officers that if there is laxity in the cleanliness work, then a notice of 17 CC will be given.
