Suspecting horsetrading, Min Dr Joshi files plaint with ACB!
Jaipur: Suspecting horse trading across the state regarding the RS polls 2022, Chief Whip and PHED Minister Mahesh Joshi on Sunday, lodged a complaint at Anti Corruption Bureau Headquarters. The ACB office was opened for Joshi even on Sunday.
“Legislators may be compromised through horse-trading. There is a possibility of corruption in this regard. Being the Chief Whip, I will not tolerate corruption & horse trading,” Joshi told the media after lodging the complaint to ACB DG BL Soni.
After the complaint, the Bureau became active with preparations to check horse trading. In his complaint, Joshi said that in many states across the country, horse trading happens during elections, which weakens the democracy. He said RS elections are due on June 10, 2022 and horse trading is likely in Raj too.BL Soni said that after Joshi’s complaint instructions have been issued to get information about any kind of trading.
