Jaipur: Students demonstrated at the Rajasthan University on Saturday regarding a controversy over the free coaching conducted for the IAS and IPS examinations in the APTC department of the university.

A private organization ‘Ek Pahal’ gives free coaching. The institute was started by CM Ashok Gehlot on the foundation day of NSUI in RU. Due to a dispute between RU and the institute, coaching has stopped for the time being.

A letter was written to RU on behalf of the Higher Education Department under which the institution was required to provide a room in the APTC building for free online classes. Students also filled up applications for the classes.
