State Govt approves prosecution sanction in 11 cases against babus
Jaipur: Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel informed the Assembly on Thursday that the State government has approved prosecution sanction in 11 cases against administrative service officers in the past eight months.
He assured that efforts would be made to expedite the resolution of all pending prosecution cases. Responding on behalf of the DoP minister during the Question Hour, Patel explained that the delays in granting prosecution approval were due to various reasons. He emphasized that the state government is committed to reviewing these cases as per regulations to ensure timely resolution. Meanwhile, on Thursday evening, CM also went Assembly to meet Speaker Vasudev Devnani.
