Jaipur: After the murder of a youth named Iqbal in the Subhash Chowk area of Jaipur, the situation in Ramganj and other markets of the Walled City has become tense. Police and STF teams have also been deployed. Meanwhile, DGP Umesh Mishra has said that this entire matter is being monitored from the police headquarters. “Police are keeping watch by using drone cameras on those who try to spread tension in the area. However, now the situation has been brought under control and police are present on the spot,” he said.

Mishra said that there was a tense situation after the murder of a young man in Subhash Chowk but Jaipur Police handled the situation with caution. Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph and senior officers remained on the field.
