Shiv Sena to fight on all 200 seats in State: Singhvi
Jaipur: Shiv Sena’s state in charge Chandraraj Singhvi on Saturday said that the party has intensified its preparations for the upcoming assembly elections. Sinvghvi said that the party has preparations to contest elections on all 200 assembly seats in the state but the party will field candidates in 50 constituencies. He said that alliance with likeminded parties would also be done where there is a requirement.
He said that the party has made appointments of some of the office bearers and the team has already started preparations for the elections.
“We have given many appointments today and will give more appointments in the coming days. The party will appoint more than 100 office bearers,” he said.
“There is preparation for elections on 200 assembly seats, but where there is a need, we will support other likeminded parties. Congress will be defeated in the coming elections,” he said.
Singhvi said that the party will contest elections with the ideology of nationalism and Hindutva.
“PM Narendra Modi is our national leader. Shiv Sena will contest elections on nationalism and Hindutva ideology,” he added.
