Several events held to remember the architect of Indian Constitution

Jaipur: Ambedkar Jayanti was observed across Rajasthan, with political leaders, NGOs, youth, and people from all walks of life paying tribute to Dr. BR Ambedkar.

In Jaipur, leaders offered floral tributes at the statue of Dr. Ambedkar at Ambedkar Circle, while various programs were organized across the city to commemorate the occasion.

Former CM Ashok Gehlot led the Congress in paying tributes to Baba Saheb on Sunday.

In Jodhpur, several programs were also held, with processions taking place on various city streets. A significant gathering of representatives and social workers paid homage to Dr. Ambedkar at Nagauri Gate, Ambedkar Circle. Posters of eminent personalities from various communities were displayed during the procession, which culminated at Nagauri Gate Circle, with youths carrying blue flags in honor of the architect of the Constitution, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, with the participation of many women.

In Jhalawar, a grand procession titled “Vishal Vahan and Swabhiman Rally” was organized, with flower showers welcoming it at various locations in the city. The rally commenced in front of the city’s sports stadium and concluded at the Ambedkar Bhavan.
