Sell beer to mint money: Min Khachariyawas

Jaipur: Food and Civil Supplies Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas said that most of the people who come to hotels are drinkers and if there is no bar in the hotel, people would not come. He went on to say that the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) was famous only for drinking and feeding people. “Earlier, you were selling beer. Get back to selling beer and you would be minting money,” he said. The renovation work of Hotel Gangaur was inaugurated on Tuesday on the occasion of RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore completing one year in office. Tourism Minister Vishwendra Singh, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, Principal Secretary (Tourism) Gayatri Rathore, RTDC MD VP Singh and other officials of tourism department were also present during the ceremony.
