Scared of firecrackers, Norwegian tourist jumps off from hotel

Jaipur: A Norwegian tourist jumped from the second floor of a hotel in Jaipur. The police got information that there was firing on a foreign tourist. During interrogation it was revealed that he was scared by the fireworks that took place on Krishna Janmashtami at night. He was in deep sleep and felt there was firing.

The tourist identified as Finn Vettle was given treatment at the hotel itself. After this he was admitted to Jaipuria Hospital. Additional DCP (East) Suman Chaudhary said that Vettle was injured at many places.

Vettle told the police that he was sleeping in the room and suddenly felt that someone had fired at him and he was also firing on them.

According to the doctors of Jaipuria Hosp, the tourist was sleeping and he may be suffering from sleepwalking disorder.
