Sanitation workers strike: Dr Somya instructs officials to keep city clean

Jaipur: Amid ongoing strike since three days, JMCG Mayor Dr Somya held a meeting regarding the cleanliness system in the Greater Municipal Corp headquarters on Thursday. “Cleanliness system of the city should not deteriorate under any circumstance,” she said, adding that the govt was in talks with the striking employees and a solution will be found soon.

Addl Commissioner Seema Kumar, Dy Commissioner Health Naveen Bhardwaj, Dy Commissioners of all zones & representatives of cleaning firms were present in the meeting. Mayor instructed all the officers that to remain in field & take stock of cleanliness system.
