Salary of Edu secy to be stopped as staff not paid!

Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has issued an order to halt the disbursement of salary to the Principal Secretary of the Higher Education Department. This directive came during the hearing of a petition filed by Sanjay Yadav and others before Justice Ganesh Ram Meena’s court.

The court has also instructed Principal Secretary to appear before the High Court either personally or through a counsel on April 4.

The court also raised concerns over the govt’s failure to respond to case of non-payment of salaries to teaching staff at college in Bhiwadi. It stated that govt’s conduct towards these employees is unacceptable.
