Rules of Business of depts with CM and Dy CM decided

Jaipur: In accordance with Rule 21 of Rules of Business, the channel of files has been decided according to the departments of the Chief Minister and the Deputy CM. Separate file channels of Finance, Taxation and Excise departments have been decided.

CM Bhajan Lal Sharma is the minister of both taxation and excise departments. The files of these two will go to him.

Whereas the file of policy matters and other points related to finance will go to Deputy CM Diya Kumari.

In the list of departments, the excise department is with the CM while Diya Kumari has the finance department.

This is also mentioned in the orders of the departments that the undistributed departments will remain with the CM. In this regard, it was made clear in the Rules of Business that the file of the point related to the Excise and Taxation Department will go to the CM for approval.
