RTDC unit’s renovation begins in Pushkar
Jaipur: The inauguration of restoration work of Hotel Sarovar of Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation at a cost of Rs 1 crore was organized in Pushkar of Ajmer on Monday. Industries and Devasthan Minister Shakuntala Rawat and RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore reached but the event remain a formality as no celebration was done due to stampede at Khatu Shyam ji temple in Sikar. Rawat and Rathore expressed condolences over the incident by keeping a silence of 2 minutes.
The financial sanction of Rs 4.09 crore has been given by the state government for restoration and conservation work of four heritage units namely Lake Palace at Siliserh, Jhoomar Baori at Ranthambore, Gokul at Nathdwara and Hotel Sarovar at Pushkar.
