RTDC determined to bring back old glory of tourism in the State: Rathore

Jaipur: The 191st meeting of the Board of RTDC was held at Paryatan Bhawan under the chairmanship of RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore in which approval was given on several important decisions along with review of the progress of works being done by the Corporation.

It was approved that accredited journalists and competitive exam candidates will get 50 percent concession in the fare for staying in corporation’s hotels. The Central and the State employees are also included in this exemption in case of transfer. Under this, Bharat Ratna, Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan, Padma Shri awardees and awardees of Gallantry Awards and Sports Awards will also get the benefit of 50 percent concession in fees for staying in RTDC hotels.

“The corporation management is determined to bring back the old glory and the corporation management is continuously expanding tourism facilities in the state by providing special tourism services to the tourists in land-water-sky,” Rathore said. He said that in this side, there is a plan to start cruise service on Chambal river front after Palace on Wheels, helicopter joyride.
