Right to Health Bill to be passed on Mar 23, pvt hosps oppose

Jaipur: The Right to Health Bill will be passed in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly in the current session.The final draft of the bill has been approved after discussions with the select committee and the members of the State Joint Action Committee which had been opposing the bill. The bill is likely to be passed by March 23. However, a section of private hospitals is still opposing the bill. The operators of these private hospitals have warned of boycotting treatment under government schemes if the bill is passed.
