RHB’s carnival for kids with Cancer

Jaipur: Children suffering from deadly disease like cancer are an integral part of the society. In order to fight this disease with full willpower, along with proper treatment and care, they equally need love, caress, social affection and emotional support. With the objective of providing emotional support to the children suffering from this disease, a carnival will be organised today at 11.30 a.m. at Jaipur Chaupati in Pratapnagar. About 100 children suffering from cancer will be present in this program organized on the eve of Children’s Day.

Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora said that through this event an attempt has been made to give the message that this disease is not incurable. Patron of Cancer Care Cell of Bhagwan Mahavir Cancer Hospital Sunita Gehlot and Trustee Anila Kothari will also be present in this programme.

Arora said that there will be attractive performances by live bands and magicians for the children. The Chaupati will be decorated in an elegant manner to welcome the children. To enable the children to cherish the memory of this carnival with them for a lifetime, the kids will be presented mugs with their photographs by Studio Bigg Boss as souvenirs.
