RERA helps get possession of flats alloted in August 2017

Jaipur: In first of its kind action, Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has got possession of flats to allottees in a project located in Sodala here.

Flats were allotted but possession was not given despite depositing the amount. The allottees approached RERA and gave a complaint following which authority summoned the landowners Narendra Sanadhya, Mahendra Sanadhya and Rama Sanadhya.

However, the owners did not turn up. Taking the matter seriously, the RERA gave order to get the allottees possession.

A team led by RERA registrar got the allottees possession. As per the agreement, the possession was to be given by 15 August 2017.

Allottees Jyoti Gupta (flat no 502), Nawal Kishore Vijay (flat no. 702), Rohit Jain (flat no. 701), Sajjan Kumar Sharma (flat no 301), Sheela Gupta (flat no 501) had given the complaint to RERA.
