Relaxation in PSKS with revised internal devp fee

Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has given another relief to people in Prashasan Shahron Ke Sang campaign by issuing an order to change criteria for taking internal development fee. If any colony is settled before 31st March 2019, then the plot holders will not have to pay fee for taking lease of the plot. The campaign was launched on the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, on Oct 2, Last year with the target of distributing 10 lakh leases. In this campaign, the total fee charged for giving lease has been reduced by 70 to 80%. Continuous meetings have been organized at the level of UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal regarding the problems being faced in issuing pattas. In these meetings, solutions are decided based on the feedback received from local bodies. One such case was regarding internal development fees, considering this fee as high, the plot holders were not taking the lease in campaign following which the UDH & LSG depts issued new orders.
