Regulation of a prized govt land grabs attention!

Jaipur: Will State Govt be able to ‘regulate’ policy of regulation of occupation of govt land? A case related to regulation of a prized govt land in Udaipur has suddenly become a hot topic of discussion at UDH dept & CMO. It is so because, a ‘powerful’ Min is pressurising to get the land regularised. In this 8 - 10 hectares of unclaimed land in Buhana village, 2 hectares is unoccupied. Thus, UDH Min Shanti Dhariwal isn’t in favour of regulating it and UDH Dept has sent factual report to CM Gehlot. Now, CM’s decision is eagerly awaited.
