Re-devp of Gopalpura Bypass on the cards!

Jaipur: UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal on Monday, gave green signal to the re-development project of Gopalpura bypass. According to the masterplan, the width of the road will be kept 160 feet. The area from Gujar ki Thadi intersection to Gopalpura flyover is included in the re-development project.

The proposed divider will be developed between the main road and the service lane.

Landscape will be developed on footpath. Along with this, intensive plantation will be done here by JDA. Mini water body & fountains are proposed on the footpath and street furniture will be set up for sitting. Parking as been proposed at road, other available space, or under railway the over bridge. A multi-level parking is proposed in the convenience area near Kartarpura Nullah of Shrigopal Nagar.

The non-residential activities will be regulated under the master plan. If the construction on plot is not as per building norms, then applicant will have to give an affidavit that he will construct building & inform JDA of construction as per building bylaws. If coaching, shop, commercial activities are going on, then parking space will have to be left as per bylaws. The less ECU space available for parking, parking fee will be applicable as per ECU equivalent to Rs 1L. Non-residential activities will be regulated under master plan & 1.5 times width of road up to 72-72 m depth on both sides, can be used for commercial purposes. Plots for which JDA has issued residential lease, land use change can be done as per master plan.
