RCA POLLS TO BE HELD ON SEPT 30

Jaipur: The elections of the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) will be held on 30 September. Ramlubhaya will be the election officer and nominations will be filed on September 26. Meanwhile, Rajasthan State Sports Council President Dr Krishna Poonia met Rajasthan Cricket Association President Vaibhav Gehlot on Thursday at his office. Gehlot assured Poonia that internationallevel cricket matches will be organised here soon. Chief Sports Officer of Council Virendra Poonia said that it was a courtesy meeting.Dr Poonia urged Gehlot to encourage other sports & players in Rajasthan as well as organise international cricket matches at Jaipur and other places. Gehlot assured that he would try to encourage other sports and players.
