RCA asked to vacate SMS after violation of MoUs

Jaipur: RCA will have to vacate SMS Stadium. The Sports Council Secretary has written a letter to RCA Secretary stating that since the MoU ended, a fresh MoU has not been signed. The Secretary also accused RCA of violating terms of MoU and instructed to deposit dues of Sports Council while also instructing to hand over all the assets to the Sports Officer.

Now RCA will have to vacate SMS Stadium and other premises as well. Moreover, if need be, the Sports Council can also lock the RCA.

Meanwhile, the Cooperative Registrar has sent a notice to RCA and appointed Jitendra Kumar Sharma as the Investigation Officer in the case. This investigation report will be submitted within 15 days. RCA Secretary Bhavani Samota said that if the govt wants to investigate, then it is free. “We will cooperate with the government. We will provide whatever documents are required. We have requested the state government regarding the agreement, we hope to get support,” he said.
