Rathore takes over as Raj BJP chief

Jaipur: After taking charge, the newly appointed BJP State President Madan Rathore said that he will toil hard for the respect of the workers. He was overwhelmed by the presence of thousands of workers from all over the State in the programme.

Rathore said the workers are the representatives of the government in the locality where they live.

Citing the example of a Rajasthani song, Rathore said that in a wedding, the family women sing a song for the groom that “Banna Mharo Kesariyo Hazari Gul Ro Phool...”.

“Similarly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi who leads the country and Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma who leads Rajasthan are the grooms of all of us,” he said.
