RAS’ one act brings shame to entire cadre!

Jaipur: RAS posted in districts sometimes conduct such shameful acts that not only do they get punished for such acts, but also put a blot on the entire cadre. The recent incident is of SDM of Marwar Junction in Pali district - Ajay - who has been immediately suspended by the state government. It has merely been 7 years since RAS Ajay has been serving but it seems that he has ended his career with such a shameful act. The incident occurred on the night of August 12 when Ajay reached the house of a second grade female teacher in his state vehicle and spent the night at the teacher’s house. This did not go down well with the neighbours, who locked the door from outside and sat outside the door. When the SDM and teacher found out about the situation in the morning, they became worried and after much deliberations the door was opened and the teacher went to school while the SDM left in a private car. Thereafter the state government suspended the teacher and the SDM.

Now, the SDM Ajay claims that he has deliberately been fixed under a conspiracy. Ajay was put on APO for a month in 2017 and for the past one year, was serving on the current post. Now he will have to give his presence in DoP in Jaipur everyday. There are still 16 years left in Ajay’s service but the night of August 12 has put a blot on him.
