Raksha Bandhan celebrated across Raj with joy

Jaipur: Rakshabandhan on Wednesday, the female beneficiaries who received the first guarantee card and the first cylinder of Rs 500, tied Raksha Sutra on the wrist of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot at the CMR. Pooja Devi and Sarju Devi, residents of Mahapura, Jaipur, tied Rakhi and thanked the Chief Minister for various public welfare schemes including ‘Mehangai Rahat Camp’ and IG Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme.

Pooja Devi said that along with gas cylinder for Rs. 500, she has benefited from schemes like Annapurna Ration Kit, Chiranjeevi Insurance of Rs. 25 lakh, Accident Insurance of Rs. 10 lakh, free electricity up to 100 units. Sarju Devi said that she has got relief from inflation due to decisions like 25 days additional employment in MNREGA.
