Rajasthan Foundation should be a click away: CS

Jaipur: Chief Secretary Usha Sharma, during the 9th Executive Committee meeting of Rajasthan Foundation held on Thursday, said that the foundation should be developed as a platform where they can be reached with just a click. She said that the foundation should act as a caretaker for the children and youths going out of Rajasthan for studies and jobs.

Sharma praised the work done by the Foundation during the pandemic and Ukraine crisis. Apart from the times of crisis, the work of the foundation should be such that every migrant Rajasthani should feel connected. He also directed to prepare the NRR policy at the earliest.

Sharma discussed and approved the activities to be taken under the Action Plan of the foundation for the next one year. She also reviewed the implementation of the works approved in the last Executive Committee meeting.

Foundation President Dhiraj Srivastava said that through the foundation, we are trying to connect the migrants with the culture and social concerns here and efforts are made to help them resolve their problems. He said that as per Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, a target has been set to establish 42 chapters in the country this year. The established 12 chapters will also be revived.

Additional Chief Secretary Industries Veenu Gupta, Principal Secretary Finance Akhil Arora and Secretary of Government, Autonomous Government Department Jogaram were present in the meeting.
