Jaipur: A big action has been taken against promoters who did not register in RERA. In fact, it is the first time that punitive action has been taken by RERA Rajasthan as Istgasa has been filed against promoters of two firms.
First is against Rohit Sangwan, Director of Sainath Infotech Pvt Ltd in the Ritesh Dora Case filed in CJM Court. The court has ordered to register case as warrant case. This firm developed Sai City in Village Gunsi. Similarly istagasa has been filed against Pal Real builder’s Director Gajanand Sharma, Omprakash Chowdhary, Surendra Kumar and Yashpal. This firm developed Tani Villas scheme in village Gorakhpura. Now, next date of hearing in court in both cases is May 26. According to RERA law, there is a provision of imprisonment of 3 years in the case.
The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, (RERA) is an act passed by the Indian parliament. The RERA seeks to protect the interests of home buyers and also boost investments in this sector.
