Raj ranks top in linking Aadhaar with voter IDs

Jaipur: Rajasthan has topped the country in linking Aadhaar cards with voter IDs. So far, more than 1.50 crore voter IDs have been linked with Aadhaar cards in the state, which is the highest among all states of the country. As per the directions of the Election Commission of India, monitoring of linking the Aadhaar Card with voter IDs was done through form 6B. Under the campaign ‘CEO to BLO’, Raj has been able to achieve the target of 1.50 crore voters linking their Aadhaar Cards with voter IDs. According to the officials, till August 18, a total of 1,63,76,655 Aadhaar Cards have been linked with voter IDs. From every assembly constituency, nearly 81,884 voters linked their Aadhar Cards. Similarly, Dholpur assembly constituency remained at the first position in linking Aadhar Cards with Voter IDs.
