Raj police to open history sheets to clear backlog?

Jaipur: To crack down on habitual criminals, it is very important to open their history sheets so that they quickly come under the clutches of the police. But surprisingly, the police officers are negligent in this side and the history sheets of a large number of active habitual criminals are not being opened due to which the criminals are not able to come under clutches of the police. On behalf of the Crime Branch of Police Headquarters, instructions have been given to the Superintendents of Police to open more and more history sheets of habitual criminals despite this most of the SPs are not serious about opening the history sheets.
