Raj HC partially accepts petition filed by Meghwal

Jaipur: Rajasthan HC has partially accepted the petition filed by Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and set aside the order for re-investigation. With this, the case was sent to ACB Court Bikaner for a hearing. The bench of Justice Praveer Bhatnagar refused to quash the FIR lodged with the ACB.

The court passed the direction while hearing two petitions filed by the minister. A few days ago, former Speaker of the Raj Assembly Kailash Meghwal had also accused Arjun Meghwal of corruption while being the collector.
