Privatisation of 38 units of RTDC on Op & Maintenance model soon in Raj

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation has identified 38 units which will be handed over to private firms on Operation and Maintenance(O&M) model. Among these, 12 units are currently operational, while the remaining 26 have been closed for a long time.

This list includes 19 hotels, 14 midway rest stops, 3 yatrikas (traveler lodges) and 2 cafeterias.
The move aims to revitalize these tourism assets and enhance their overall efficiency and service quality. Notably, the luxury train ‘Palace on Wheels’ is also under O&M model.
