Prime Minister should implement Social Security Law: CM Gehlot
Jaipur: Ashok Gehlot in the dialogue with beneficiaries said that the previous Central Government implemented Right to food, employment, education and information uniformly in the entire country. Similarly, the Rajasthan government has made a provision of minimum pension of Rs 1000 per month under social security pension.
The Central Government should also provide economic support to the needy by implementing social security law across the country. He said that the Rajasthan government has taken the responsibility of the health of the people of the state by bringing the Right to Health and will further strengthen it.
Tikaram Jully said that around 6 lakh children in the state are being supported through this scheme.
UDH Minister Shanti Kumar Dhariwal, Agriculture Minister Lalchand Kataria, PHED Minister Dr. Mahesh Joshi, PWD Minister Bhajan Lal Jatav, Ashok Chandna, Mahendra Gehlot, Sangeeta Beniwal, OBC Finance and Development Corporation chairman Pawan Godara, MLA Ganga Devi, Alok Beniwal, Narendra Budania, Nikhil Dey, Chief Secretary Usha Sharma, Palanhar beneficiaries and other senior officers were present in the function.
