Premium land at JLN Marg to be allotted to hospital and others

Jaipur: The High Court has issued orders for the allocation of land within the 200 feet wide strip of JLN Road in Jaipur. This land, adorned with greenery by JDA, will now be transferred from JDA to private hands. This decision raises hopes of resolving the long-standing issue surrounding this 200 feet strip.

The division bench of the High Court had sent the case to Lok Adalat on the basis of mutual consent between all the parties. Lok Adalat ordered JDA to give lease of 17,433 square yards land to Green Fire Hospital along with the lease of remaining 6,200 square yards to Ratan Prabha Jain and other plot holders.

The controversy centers on a 23,633 squareyard land situated in front of the World Trade Park on Jawaharlal Nehru Marg.

Several key developments in this case include the allocation of 17,433 square yards of land to Green Fire Hospital Private Limited in 2003, along with an additional 6,200 square yards on the same strip.
