PoW seems off track! RTDC NEWS DIGEST trying to increase bookings

Jaipur: What was feared has happened with the luxury train Palace on Wheels. The train went off track only after three tours due to non-availability of tourists. The commercial tour on Wednesday was canceled. In the first three commercial tours also, the train suffered losses. The train operation on the O&M model could not be done. In such a situation, there are doubts about the operation of the royal train after December. Now the RTDC is trying to increase the booking of the next tour on November 9. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had on October 8 flagged off the Palace on Wheels at Gandhinagar Railway Station. The resumption of this train, which has been running for the last 40 years, happened after a gap of 2 years due to Corona. This was considered a positive indication for tourism sector to emerge stronger in the coming days.
