Poonia, Kataria demand food & medical facilities

Jaipur: BJP State President Dr Satish Poonia has written a letter to CM Ashok Gehlot demanding speedy relief work in the flood-prone areas. Many villages of Udaipur, Kota and Bharatpur divisions have become islands completely surrounded by water & fields, houses have been flooded. Poonia urged to speed up food and medical facilities, as well as damage to life and property & crops in these areas. Leader of opposition in state assembly Gulab Chand Kataria on Thursday said, “If water-logging persists for more than 48 hours, then each family should be given food items worth Rs. 3800,”
