Police seizes fake documents, arrests 7 in Jaipur immigration crackdown
Jaipur: In a major operation led by DCP West Amit Kumar, Jaipur police uncovered a group of 12 suspected Bangladeshi nationals living illegally in the Bhankrota area. Six individuals, along with an Indian accomplice, were arrested, while six minors and one differently-abled individual were taken into protective custody and placed in a children’s home.
During the operation, authorities seized several counterfeit Bangladeshi passports, forged Indian identification papers, and other fraudulent documents. DCP Amit Kumar revealed that some local individuals were involved in helping these illegal immigrants obtain fake documents. He also announced plans for a citywide crackdown on illegal immigrants in Jaipur.
