Police escorts Kirodi Meena to Udaipur suspecting ‘nuisance’

Jaipur: BJP Rajya Sabha MP Dr Kirodi Lal Meena was taken to the Commissionerate of Police from a private hotel near Jaipur airport on Friday afternoon. From there he was escorted away to Udaipur as he remained adamant to attend tribal conference in Udaipur. He was given verbal permission to go amid police escort as the police is alert that he should not turn towards the Congress’s Chintan Shivir.

In his PC, Kirodi accused the Congress govt for the illegal construction of ‘Aravali Taj’, where Congress’s nav Sankalp Shivir is going on. He said, “Gehlot govt had flouted all the laws and regulations in building the hotel. The hotel has been built on forest and tribal land. The way to the hotel has been made by bridging the river. There has also been a violation of the Lake Conservation Act,”
