PM’s visit speeds up dev work: CM Gehlot
Jaipur: Chief minister Ashok Gehlot invited prime minister Narendra Modi to visit the state once again saying that his visits speed up the developmental works.
“A few days back you had come to Rajasthan on Devnarayan Jayanti. Coming so soon for the second time does matter. The PM is visiting one state so quickly. It’s a matter of luck for us,”
Gehlot also extended an invitation to visit the state once again.
The CM through video conference from Jaipur was addressing the ceremony in Dausa where PM Narendra Modi inaugurated Delhi-DausaLalsot section of DelhiMumbai expressway.
“‘You keep coming to Rajasthan…your visit gives momentum to dev works,” he said.
At the same time, Gehlot highlighted the works done by the state government in the last four year in the road sector and infrastructure development. He said that as the result of the works done by him, an atmosphere of investment has been created.
He said that Rajasthan ranks second in the country in growth rate. The CM also gave reference to the provisions made in the state budget presented by him a couple of days back.
