PMO cancelled speech, claims CM Gehlot; PMO says CM is ‘welcome’

Jaipur: Just before PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Rajasthan on Thursday, CM Ashok Gehlot created a stir in the morning through his tweets. While the CM mentioned the PMO removed his address from the PM’s Sikar program, shortly after, the PMO also put CMO in the doc in the clarification issued by the tweet. The PMO said that it was the CMO who informed about the CM not attending the PM’s programme. After uproar caused by CM Gehlot’s tweet, the PMO also issued a clarification through tweet itself. Later, Gehlot again tweeted, “I will still be participating in non-interactive mode through VC.”
