Plan to connect every village with strong roads is being realised: CM

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Monday that the resolution to connect every village with strong roads is being realised. “Due to this, the pace of development of the state has increased and new dimensions have been established. State govt is laying a network of high quality roads for safe and smooth travel without accidents. The strong roads of Rajasthan are being appreciated across the country along with tourists reaching rural areas,” he said.

CM Ashok Gehlot addressed the residents of the state through VC in the programme and said that roads play an important role in the development of any state and villages. ‘A target has been set to develop 1,00,000 km of roads. 65,000 km of roads have been developed. Roads are also being constructed through PWD,’ Gehlot said.
