Pilot takes jibe at ‘double engine govt’

Jaipur/Tonk: Taking a jibe at BJP leaders for calling for a ‘double engine govt’ in Rajasthan, former Dy CM Sachin Pilot said that their “engines” in Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka have been seized. Addressing an election rally in Chaksu in support of the party candidate Ved Prakash Solanki, he accused BJP of implementing detrimental policies, including demonetization & GST, privatizing crucial sectors like airports, railways, & powerhouses. “BJP talks of double engine but their engine was seized in Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka and people will seize the double engine in elections in Rajasthan,” he said. He said BJP leaders divert real issues by talking about temples & mosques and use divisive tactics. He questioned BJP on inflation & rising fuel costs.
